German Shepherd Adoptions

If a dog does not pass the police training?
Is there a way to adopt? As if a German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, and so no training for whatever reason, do not put the dogs up for adoption? Is there any way to get these dogs?
The dogs here are purchased through a broker. If there is a problem with the dog is returned and replaced. I have a dog washing of Police (the oldest of my GSD). He was one of the first dogs chosen here to be a K9, but had trouble tracking. He was castrated in an attempt to resolve these issues, did not work. Because he was neutered, could not be returned. My boyfriend spent time volunteering as a quarry with the K9 section at the time (and is now a driver) was able to carry it. that will not happen again. It was a costly mistake for the department. The RCMP has its own breeding program. You can request the adoption of dogs that were not suitable for the training program. As soon as the collapse of training, I know the officials who have taken, but I'm not sure the general public would be able to adopt. In most cases, it highly unlikely that a civilian to get a police dog trained. It would be a huge responsibility for the department. Greekman "Not even think to read your answer already only see the name and TD. LOL. Greekman "It was before my time, but I have understood that he was distracted by urine monitoring. The coach hired, and that is not the coach section, well, not a period coach (long story), found that castration can solve this. The department had never had before and K9s listening. He was reportedly one of the most promising followers at first, but honestly, it was never meant to be a K9. An animal is amazing, but definitely no the nerves of police work. .
